On Thursday 4th April, Teign School’s older Music students put on a fantastic concert in the Templar Theatre to showcase their skills.  Performing is a large part of the course they are undertaking, so the opportunity to play in front of a live audience was very important to them. During the evening the students delivered an eclectic mix of music from Rock through to Classical, from solos to band performances.  For some students this was their first time on stage.

Event organiser Hannah Epps, Head of Music at Teign School, was extremely proud of the students for the high level of musicianship they displayed in their performances.

Deputy Headteacher, Matthew Bakewell who attended the evening said:

“I really enjoyed it. I loved the way the students introduced themselves and then went for it! I was very impressed.”
