We are offering students in Year 9 and above, the chance to train for both Moorland Proficiency and also for Ten Tors. We will be doing things like navigation, safe river crossings, camping and outdoor cooking. We like to keep you in your friendship groups wherever possible, so grab your mates and give it a go.
We are looking for anyone that thinks they might enjoy having fun on the moors and who is up for a challenge!
We start training in October 2018 until April 2019 and the main Ten Tors event is in May 2019.
We will be holding a parents meeting with lots of information on Tuesday 25th September at 7pm in school.
Anyone wanting more information can look at our website www.teignop.co.uk or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please complete the consent form below and return to Main Reception. A £10 registration fee and £10 per walk (approx.) will then be allocated to your child on Parentpay. These charges include transport, safety vehicle and qualified supervision.
