Teign has linked up with children’s author Sita Brahmachari as part of its Empathy Day celebrations. Sita has written a number of books that evoke empathy in the readers such as ‘Artichoke Hearts’ and ‘Where the River Runs Gold’. Watch the video to hear what she said to us.

A number of online events are being recorded on Empathy Day (on the 9th June) at https://www.empathylab.uk/empathy-day-20204bde2d62 . At 3.30pm Sita Brahmachari and Onjali Rauf will be running a workshop encouraging young people to create Empathy Resolution posters to post or put in windows, our students may want to join in with this activity.
